Upon approval of your claim, you will be provided with detailed shipping instructions to ensure a seamless return process. 

PCKT Warranty

PCKT devices carry a one-year limited warranty from the original retail purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when you buy from  yje official website or authorized retailers. 

Unfortunately, the warranty doesn’t cover purchases from eBay or Craigslist. The warranty also excludes tanks, coils, and non-electronic parts. If your claim is approved, PCKT will either fix your device with refurbished parts or replace it with a brand-new one.
