To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Damaged or used items are subject to a 35% restocking fee but don’t return anything smelling like cannabis, you won’t get your money back.
