Vapor Payment Options

USPS money orders are accepted if you call your order in, your order will be shipped as soon as the money is received. Your billing statement will display transactions from ‘Warehouse Goods Inc’.
Vapor Shipping Options
Vapor ships to most countries internationally, but you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or import duties. Free shipping is offered for all US deliveries over $48.
All shipments are sent via USPS or FedEx. Express options are available, and if your order is placed before 2 pm it will ship the next business day. Orders that exceed $200 will require a signature on delivery.
All orders will be sent in plain boxes with no mention of the contents on the outside, just a return label stating ‘Shipping Department’ and the address.
If any items arrive damaged or with pieces missing, you must report them to the customer service team within 72 hours. They will arrange replacements as quickly as possible.
Returns and Warranty
Any products you want to return must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns are only accepted for items that are in original packaging, unused and in brand-new condition. You may be asked to pay restocking fees of up to 40%.
Most products stocked at Vapor.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Vapor is happy to honor these warranties, but some brands require that you only deal with the manufacturer to make a claim. If you have a defective product, look at the warranty information that came in the packaging or contact Vapor to hear how best to claim.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a defective product return unless it was already broken when it arrived. To return your item, contact customer services to get your RA number. This must be written on all sides of the packaging.
