Canada Grow Supplies takes pride in providing the best shipping prices by working with third-party providers. Canada Grow Supplies ships from Canada to the world. With the largest variety of grow supplies in Canada, it is only right to share it with the rest of the world.

Please note that the tracking information will be available on average within 5 business days of the purchase. If you require a specific carrier, please make sure to indicate it in the notes section of your order.

It takes 2-8 days for the shipment to be sent out. In Quebec, the shipments usually arrive within 2-3 business days and 3-4 business days in Ontario. For the rest of Canada, shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. Please leave at least 7 business days for orders in the United States. Our handling time always varies depending on the seasons and the events happening.

Free Shipping (Certain restrictions apply)

All orders of $149 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping in Canada only.

Please review the following situations, where a special transport or handling fee will apply at all order amounts:

• Orders containing items considered oversized by the postal services
  
• Orders shipping to either a remote location, or to a location where we cannot economically ship an item or order to.

Some items are excluded from the free shipping policy if they include the following banner: 

These are items are too heavy for the free shipping policy therefore they will be added when checking out. Rest assured, the other items that are included in the free shipping policy will still remain free. 

Carrier 

When the Free Shipping option is chosen, it is up to Canada Grow Supplies' team to choose which carrier is best for the order. The Free Shipping option does not come with the option of choosing the carrier. 

 

Order Review 

If the order's shipment is too large, Canada Grow Supplies has the right to review the order and either cancel the order or request additional charge for the order. If the customer does not want to pay the additional charge for surplus shipping, Canada Grow Supplies reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the funds to the customer.
