Earning True Loyalty Points

There are a few ways to earn True Loyalty Points at True North Seed Bank.

1. The first step in your journey to becoming a loyal True Northener is to register your customer account - this will earn you your first 1500 points.

2. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter while opening your account. Except for a few nice benefits, you will also get 2000 True Loyalty Points. That’s 3500 points ready to be redeemed for a discount on your next order!

3. Purchase any seeds and earn 10 points for every CA$1 you spend. For example, a $200 order (subtotal excluding taxes, shipping and any discounts) earns you 2000 loyalty points.

4. Review our products and earn 100 points for each published review.

5. Invite your friends to True North Seed Bank and earn points with their every order! Every time your referred friend orders, you will receive True Loyalty Points. You'll get the same number of points that your friends earn on their first order and 10% of their points for every next order they place. Referral points do not expire!

6. Celebrating a birthday? Enjoy 5000 True Loyalty Points as a birthday gift from True North Seed Bank. Just update your date of birth in your customer account and you will receive 5000 points every year on your birthday.

Redeeming True Loyalty Points

You can redeem your collected True Loyalty Points for a discount in your cart view.

Every 500 True Loyalty Points gives you CA$1 discount.

Just visit the cart after you have added all desired products into the cart and use the True Loyalty Points slider to apply the number of points you wish to redeem for a discount.

True Loyalty Points Expiry

True Loyalty Points, except for referral points, expire 180 days after they were earned.

If you don't redeem your points within 180 days, they will be unfortunately lost and you will not be able to use them for a discount. We'll send you an e-mail notification 5 days before your points expire.

Referral points (points earned for orders of your referred friends) do not expire - you can use them whenever you feel like it.
